Q + A

Can I bring a plus one?

This wedding is RSVP only. With that being said, on your invitation there should be a listed set number on how many people we are counting for your party. If you are bringing less than what is being listed for you, that will be noted when you RSVP. However, please refrain from bringing more guests than what was set in your invitation. Thank you!

Are kids allowed?

As much as we love your littles, this is an adults only affair. We hope that with the advanced notices sent out, you are still able to make it. No children under the age of 10, however if you have a child under the age of 1, please reach out to us so we are able to accommodate accordingly and read next question.

I'm bringing a child under 1, what do I do?

There is going to be a sign before you continue the walk towards the ceremony area indicating that if you have a child under a year old to go inside the reception area for the time of the ceremony. If you would like to be outside for the ceremony, there will be benches closest to the reception doors where you can sit. If your child starts to get uncomfortable, you will have quick access to the reception area. Furthermore, if during the reception time your child is showing signs of being distressed, we invite you to go into either the grooms or bridal suites to attend their needs.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Well, kind of. All we ask is for you to be in formal wear. That means no sandals, jeans, t-shirts, or anything of the sort. Ladies, this should also be a given, but please avoid wearing white! Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

If you plan on joining us for the ceremony portion at 4pm, we are asking you to arrive and be seated no later than 3:45pm. Once 4pm rolls around, entry into the ceremony space will not be permitted as to avoid any distractions or mishaps. A full timeline of the day is listed under the "wedding itinerary" tab for your curiosity and convenience.

Do I bring a gift?

You can! We will have a registry with some items that you may choose from to either deliver to us directly, or bring with you to place at our wedding gifts/cards table. However, we encourage you to instead gift towards our honeymoon fund (especially if you are having a hard time choosing a gift).

Can I take pictures on my phone during the ceremony?

This will be an unplugged ceremony. We would love for you to be fully present on our special day, so we kindly ask y'all to please keep your phones away. There will be photographers there doing what they know best and capturing those special moments. After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take pictures of your own!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes. Our ceremony is going to be held outdoors while the reception will be indoors. Someone will be there to direct you to the ceremony area once you arrive or there will be signs. If there are any troubles with the weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes. There is a ramp to both get into the reception and ceremony area. However, some of the path ways or ramps can seem a bit steep, so please mind your step and help those in need of it!

Where do I sit?

After the ceremony placed right by the entrance into the reception hall, will be our seating chart! Find your parties name, table and number, and make your way in to enjoy the cocktail hour.
